Perio Plus+ Support treatment mouthwash with CHX 0.09% and CITROX®/P formula (200 ml) assists with tissue regeneration after dental surgery and treatment-related dry mouth.

  • Protects teeth, gums and oral mucosa – the tissue that lines the mouth – from plaque regrowth.

Active ingredients:

  • Chlorhexidine digluconate 0.09% for proven chemical control of bacteria.
  • CITROX®/P formula – natural extract of bitter oranges combined with polylysine amino acids to ensure long-lasting antibacterial effects.
  • Cyclodextrin for protection against viruses and to prevent bad breath.
  • Hyaluronic acid to accelerate regeneration.
  • Xylitol for a pleasant taste, to protect against caries and ensure strong teeth.
  • PVP/VA for a highly effective protective film over the teeth, gums and oral mucosa.
  • No alcohol.

Instructions for use:

  • Rinse 10 ml undiluted for 60 seconds.
  • Morning and night, for up to 1 month.
  • Warning: For oral application only. Do not swallow.
  • Keep out of reach of children.


  • Only use Perio Plus+ or other CHX mouthwashes at your dentist's recommendation.
  • Always follow the instructions of your dental specialist.
  • Always read the label. Use only as directed. See your dentist if symptoms persist.
  • Important: Use a Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) free toothpaste when using Perio Plus + Mouthrinse or wait 30 minutes after brushing before rinsing.
  • During treatment with Perio Plus+, avoid consuming tobacco, coffee, black and green tea, red wine, berries, curry and saffron. This will keep discolouration to a minimum.

This product is designed for medium term treatment use for up to 4 weeks. Some staining may occur if treatment use time is not adhered to. This staining is superficial and can be removed by a dental hygienist.
